Set in a Victorian era, the butler Sebastian Michaelis serves an English child Phantomhive Ciel 12 years of age in a mansion high social class. Ciel is the chief legacy of a noble family and a toy company. Both have a pact, in which the devil Ciel Sebastian must serve in all that time and ordered both offer their services to the queen.
Manga and Anime
Shonen is a written and illustrated by Toboso Yana. Their first release took place on September 16, 2006, was serialis by Square Enix's Monthly GFantasy in the manga. In July 2006 it was announced an animated adaptation directed by Toshiya Shinohara and produced by A-1 Pictures. In October 2008 the series premiered on TV and has already been completed with a total of 24 chapters.

Ciel Phantomhive Seiyu : Maaya Sakamoto
The protagonist of the story. Belongs to one of the noble families of Victorian England. Serves as the queen and has the demon butler Sebastian Michaelis. After the death of his parents, inherited Ciel Phantomhive Company, dedicated to various businesses and jobs (toy shops, bakeries, construction, etc.). The contract he has with his butler allows it to be available all the time, and do as instructed. Together with Sebastian resolved cases to the queen. Holds in his right eye represents the stamp dealing with Sebastian. In reality, he seeks revenge on those who have been hurt in the past.
Sebastian Michaelis Seiyu: Daisuke Ono
Along with Ciel, is the protagonist of the series. Butler is the extravagant Phantomhive House. It has unusual skills, due to their status as hell. Their commitment is to serve and faithfully follow Ciel, because the contract he made with it. Under a glove on his left hand hidden contract symbol, identical to Ciel. Has a beautiful obsession for cats.
Angelina Best known Durless as Madame Red is Phantomhive Ciel's aunt. Works as a consultant to the Central Hospital in London. Grell Sutcliff An extravagant shinigami who works as a steward of Angelina Durless. A young man which is suggested by the case of prostitutes murdered by Jack the Ripper. Initially believe it was he who killed these women to sell their organs on the black market, but find that it has no relation to the case. Despite his crimes recovered his freedom and appears in several chapters in the series.
