Swimming: ..... In 20 minutes 30 pools (750m)
Cycling: 45 min between 75 and 90%
Running: 4 kms. Del Ekke the Sícoris Club
I very pleasantly surprised by the strength and stamina I had in swimming. I thought I could do as much 10 pools, and finally I have done 30 and restless. Cycling has killed me but I still have energy left to go to Sícoris running. Gerard and I have been around CHAMPIONS !!!!!
The truth of whatever sport it has amazed me hooked and the joy he has given me see that I'm better that I thought in terms of physical stamina and endurance. UEEEEEEE!
