manga titled "Clannad: Tomoyo My dear" was published from February 20, 2008 in Dragon Age Pure magazine, Fujimi Shobo. The story focuses on the history of the visual novel Tomoyo.

There are also 4 anthologies produced by different companies and illustrated by many mangaka. The first was "Clannad" published on June 24, 2004 by Ohzora under the label Twin Heart Comics. The second has a single volume, published by Jive on January 25, 2005 entitled "Comic Anthology Clannad: Another Symphony." The third anthology, has two volumes published by Ichijinsha on June 25 and July 24, 2004 as DNA Media Comics, also launched a special issue on December 25, 2007.
